ESPEE Services LLC is a family owned hospitality management business founded by Suresh Pandya in 2014. Mr. Pandya started his career almost three decades ago in the hospitality industry starting with managing and effectively handling all property-related maintenance and performance issues. As his expertise grew, Mr. Pandya became heavily engaged and invested in front-end and back-end operations to ensure properties run succesfully, and more importantly, to ensure each guest receives the best experience and service. Mr. Pandya has provided high levels of interaction with guests, employees, investors, and other managers to create an environment of overall growth and help others to achieve their business goals. In 2017, ESPEE Services LLC became a Hilton-approved management company. Today, ESPEE Services LLC specializes in extensive hospitality management of all day-to-day operations while maintaining consistent value-driven focus on customer service.
President & CEO
Suresh Pandya obtained both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science from the University of Bombay. He used this experience to establish M/S Espee Chemicals, near Surat, Gujarat, India in 1985, which was engaged in the manufacture and trade of all types of paints, resins, primers and related coatings.
Mr. Pandya has extensive marketing, sales, finance, strategic planning and operational experience. With strong governmental and institutional relationships in India and in the United States, Mr. Pandya has developed a wide network of strategic partners. As a world traveler, he has developed a deep understanding of different cultures and dynamics and enjoys assisting people from all over the world.
Mr. Pandya has successfully managed and operated 11 businesses from 1990 to the present day. He has gained ample experience with developing and implementing a variety of corporate programs, including those that must comply with corporate, state and federal agencies' requirements.
Mr. Pandya possesses a well-rounded background in management, marketing, human resources, training, safety operations, and consumer affairs. Between 2017 to present day, Mr. Pandya has also been thoroughly trained on the intricacies of operating a Hilton hotel at the level of Hilton's high standards. He has promoted an exceptional level of service and positive results with all of his endeavors.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Priti Desai obtained her Bachelor in Accounting degree in 1995. She is highly skilled in every aspect hospitality with 20 years of experience in the industry. She has managed up to 20+ employees and has comprehensive knowledge of maintaining organized records and preparing necessary daily reports.
Ms. Desai has in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience including housekeeping, room inspections, inventory management, night auditing, front desk operations, and front and back office operations. She uses this extensive experience to devise and implement key strategies to ensure that each guest has an exceptional experience.
Ms. Desai has successfully managed the daily operations of a 64 room hotel. She was responsible for greeting guests, maintaining accurate records of guests' check-in and check-out, making and confirming reservations, creating work schedules, and personally training new employees. She also prepared and submitted daily reports to the general manager, purchased supplies from outside vendors, and inspected the hotel for cleanliness and appearance.
Ms. Desai also has ample experience in daily operations of sales including setting rates according to occupancy and market trends for the most effective turnover. Ms. Desai provides an exceptional leadership example to front desk clerks in order to optimize sales and marketing.
Ms. Desai has been thoroughly trained to use both Choice Advantage and Hilton Worldwide's software and is knowledgeable on brand standards for both entities.
Assistant Director of Sales
Alexandria Coyle assists both Mr. Suresh Pandya and Ms. Priti Desai with office operations. She facilitates successful daily operations and performs organized bookkeeping for the management offices. She conducts research to assist in the improvement of all operations. She helps to ensure all staff have the necessary tools and information at their disposal in order to operate efficiently every day.
Ms. Coyle has four years of customer service experience, and she utilizes that experience to act as a mediator between management and guests. She also serves as an essential contact to immediately relay any information from management or guests to the appropriate departments. She provides a smooth connection between daily operations of the hotel and customer service. She effectively addresses any customer feedback with prompt and decisive action.
Ms. Coyle has experience in housekeeping, front desk operations, customer service, and office operations, and she performs all on-site computer maintenance. She is also trained to use both Choice Advantage and Hilton Worldwide's software and is knowledgeable on brand standards for both entities.
On-Site Engineer/ Audio Visual Specialist
Mr. Sanjay Patel is responsible for overseeing the technical maintenance and operations across multiple properties. He ensures all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are functioning efficiently and promptly addresses any technical issues. He conducts routine inspections, coordinates repairs, and manages preventive maintenance to uphold property standards.
In his role as an Audio-Visual Specialist, Mr. Patel is also responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment for meetings, events, and conferences across properties. He ensures proper functionality of AV systems including projectors, sound systems, microphones, and video conferencing tools. He troubleshoots technical issues on-site and ensures a seamless AV experience for all clients and guests.
In his role as an Audio-Visual Specialist, Mr. Patel is also responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio-visual equipment for meetings, events, and conferences across properties. Banquet Manager
Mr. Leon Scott as Banquet Manager, manages all banquet events and operations at Hilton Garden Inn and Magnoliya Grand Conference and Event Centre. He oversees event planning, staff coordination, vendor management, and ensures quality service delivery.
He works closely with sales teams to meet client needs and manages budgets and resources efficiently.
Mr. Scott reports directly to Mr. Suresh Pandya, President & CEO of Espee Services Inc.
Regional Manager
Mr. Mubassar Amin, Regional Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving revenue growth of approximately $15 million annually.
He provides leadership and training to property management teams, cultivates client relationships, and conducts market analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
Reporting directly to Mr. Suresh Pandya, Mr. Amin prepares detailed performance reports and implements robust risk management protocols to maintain safety and compliance. Additionally, he collaborates with internal departments and external partners to optimize operational efficiency.
Revenue Manager and Sales Specialist
Miss Diana Rueda Fernandez, Revenue Manager and Sales Specialist, oversees revenue optimization and sales strategies across multiple properties, generating approximately $4.5 million annually.
She analyzes market trends, manages pricing and inventory, and drives sales initiatives to maximize profitability. Sales Manager
As Sales Manager, Miss Gopi Scott is responsible for driving an annual revenue of approximately $4 million for Magnoliya Grand Conference and Event Centre through strategic sales management.
She develops and executes sales plans to optimize event bookings and profitability, analyzes market trends to adjust pricing and inventory, and collaborates with clients and internal teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Additionally, she reports sales performance and revenue insights directly to Mr. Suresh Pandya, President & CEO of Espee Services Inc., while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities.
Social Media Manager
Miss Adithi Mishra is responsible for managing and enhancing the social media presence and web marketing strategies for multiple properties.
She develops and implements targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive revenue growth. Her duties include creating content, monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
She collaborates with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Miss Mishra reports directly to Mr. Suresh Pandya, President & CEO of Espee Services Inc.
